ZHAO Xiangyi is the Assistant of IHSS Visiting Fellow Program and International Affairs. She manages the English interface of the official website, edits the annual reports and coordinates international events. She also provides administrative support for international visiting fellows.

LIU Yutong is the Head of Academic Events and Publications of IHSS. She is in charge of IHSS academic activities arrangements and coordination. She is the curator of thematic exhibitions at IHSS. She is also responsible for publications of IHSS and communication with publishers.

WANG Rui is the Assistant of Academic Events and Publications of IHSS. He is responsible for documenting academic events and related publications of IHSS. He is in charge of logistics, transcriptions and manages book collections of IHSS library. He provides administrative support for visiting fellows.

CUI Can is the Head of New Media and Publicity. She is responsible for communication with media platforms and outlets. She manages the official website and offical wechat account of IHSS and coordinate large-scale events.

ZHOU Shiyu is the Head of Archive Documentation and IHSS Editorials. She is the chief editor of Wenyan Newsletter. She is also responsible for issues related to publishing and the archive of IHSS.
