JING Yuejin is a professor of Department of Political Science at Tsinghua University. He received his PhD degree of Political Science from Renmin University of China where he worked for several years before transferred to teach at Tsinghua University in 2009. He visited Newcastle University (1995), University of Denver (2000), Columbia Univeristy (Fulbright Fellowship, 2004-05). His research interests cover comparative politics, political sociology, and Chinese politics. Currently, he concentrates on the transformation of China's political system, and the changing state-society relations in contemporary China. His publications include Contemporary Chinese Government and Politics (Chief Editor, 2016), To Understand Chinese Politics: Keyword Methodology (Chief Editor, 2012), Introduction to Comparative Politics (Co-Author, 2008).
