LU Beirong, born in Hangzhou, Zhejiang in 1987. Associate research fellow of Zhejiang Academy of Social Sciences. She was a visiting scholar of The Palace Museum. Her main research areas are art history of Ming and Qing dynasty, and history of connoisseurship and collection. She published Song Luo and His Friends Collection Communication and Image of Upper Scholars in Kangxi Years. She was in charge of the publishing of The Collection of Painting and Calligraphic Literatures Manuscript Copy, with the focus on details of letter-writing in art history.
