        QIU Jingjia    

        QIU Jingjia, born in 1985, is from Tongxiang, Zhejiang. From 2003 to 2007, he studied in the English Department of University of International Relations and received a Bachelor of Arts degree. From 2007 to 2014, he studied as graduate in the Department of History of Peking University, and received a master's degree and later a doctorate degree in history, under the supervision of Professor LIU Pujiang. Since August 2014, he has been a lecturer and associate professor in the School of History of Renmin University of China. From September 2018 to August 2019, he was funded by the China Scholarship Council and visited Harvard University. His main research fields are the history of Song, Liao and Jin, historical philology, and the history of science and technology culture. He has published monographs Between Heaven and Earth: A Historical Study of the Astronomical Division, Research on the edition and the revision of Jin History, as well as over 30 academic articles of various kinds, and has participated in the revision of Liao History, the Proof Edition by Chinese Publishing House.
