        ZHAO Yanjie    

        ZHAO Yanjie is an Assistant Research Fellow of Institute of Modern History at Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. She received her B.A. at Peking University and her doctoral degree (History) at Peking University in 2013. Her research focuses on the intellectual and cultural history of modern China and history of local societies. Her publications include articles on journals including Modern Chinese History Studies, Social Science Research and Exploration and Free Views. Her translations include Henrietta Harrison’s The Man Awakened from Dreams: One Man’s Life in a North China Village (Chinese edition in 2013).
