ZHOU Yuefeng is currently an associate professor of the Institute of Modern Chinese History, Central China Normal University. He received his doctoral degree in 2013 from Peking University. His major research interest is the ideological, cultural, and social studies of modern China, and in recent years he focuses particularly on the study of the May Fourth Movement. He has published several articles on eminent modern intellectuals Zhang Dongsun and Liang Qichao, as well as on the introduction of Marxism-Leninism into China.
