LUO Feng graduated from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature of Ningxia Normal University. Now he is the associate director of Guyuan Museum, the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Museum and the director of Ningxia Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology. He is also a fellow of Northeast University. His research interest includes the history and archaeology from the Northern Dynasties Period to the Five Dynasties, northern bronze culture and archaeology of northern nomadic people.
