QIU Luming was born in 1981. He is an associate professor of the Department of History at Fudan University. He studied at the Department of History at Fudan University during 2000 to 2008 and received his bachelor and doctorate degree. His research focuses on medieval China’s relationship of nation and society, intelligentsia politics and stone inscriptions. His publications include the Political Power and Family Relations of the Wei-Jin Dynasty and articles on journals including A Study of History, Journal of Chinese Historical Studies and Journal of Literature and History.
